Redesign of UNT's Enrollment Process

Redesigning the current interface of UNT's enrollment stages was extremely important in order to develop a better process for the user.

Simplifying the User's Journey

As UNT students, my team and I were able to identify the issues at hand by taking into consideration the problems we faced when enrolling over the years. Pinpointing these issues allowed us to develop an interface that the users could easily walk through.

Promising Big Ideas

In order to simplify the user's journey, my team and I had to dive into the root of the issue and develop promising big ideas. Through the use of personas, journey maps, and more, we were able to choose ones that would fit the audience at hand.
