Color of Change is the nation's largest online racial justice organization and teaming with a large company such as Bank of America can help them reach their goal of spreading their initiative. This concept provides design materials showing both companies coming out more successful with the help of diversity.

Developing key elements to display how increasing diversity in the workplace can not only make a company more successful but also provide employees with an accepting work environment.
RESEARCH
Developing A Hands-on Approach
When going into this project, I thought about which ways a business could be successful by implementing an increase in workplace diversity. I developed a "hands-on approach" that allows businesses; Bank of America specifically, to see a simple 5 step plan to make their job easier.
